Pallet Shuttle Systems

Pallet shuttle systems are an automated high-density storage solution that maximise warehouse capacity and efficiency. Using a battery-powered shuttle, pallets move in and out of deep racking lanes without forklifts entering the rack—reducing handling time, improving safety, and protecting infrastructure.

Both 2-way and 4-way shuttle systems are available to suit different operations. 2-way shuttles move within individual lanes, while 4-way shuttles add flexibility by travelling between lanes for greater throughput and optimised storage density. Supporting both FIFO and LIFO pallet storage, pallet shuttle systems are ideal for bulk storage, fast-moving goods, and automation-driven supply chains.
